Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Crispy Fruits account and all of the data we store about you at any time. Most players can do this without leaving the app.

Delete from inside the app (recommended)

  1. Open Crispy Fruits on your phone.
  2. Tap the gear icon in the top corner to open Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm. Your account is removed immediately.

What gets deleted

  • Your account record (player ID, anonymous sign-in)
  • Your display name
  • Your high score and every score submission tied to your account
  • Any reports you've filed against other players

Deletion is immediate and permanent. We cannot recover a deleted account or its history.

What is not deleted

  • Apple or Google Play purchases. These belong to your store account, not to us. If you reinstall the game, you can use Restore Purchases in Settings to bring them back.
  • Anonymous, anonymized, or aggregated logs required to operate the service (e.g., security logs, fraud-prevention records, billing reconciliation). These contain no personally-identifying information about you.

Lost your device or can't open the app?

If you can't reach the Delete Account button, send us a request via our contact form. Include the subject line "Account deletion request" along with whatever identifying information you have (email used for any in-app purchases, approximate display name, device platform). We'll process the deletion within 30 days of receiving the request, and confirm by email when complete.
